In this special third episode from the 2nd Annual King Brothers Rodeo Reunion in Lewisburg, Ohio, Beyond the Chutes host Doug Simcox visits with three generations of rodeo grit, glory, and grit-your-teeth storytelling.

First up is bull rider Keith Knoch, who shares his 15-year rodeo journey, from hauling six guys in a truck to his standout year in 1983, to helmet-wearing long before it was the norm. Keith opens up about the head games of the finals, riding bulls coast to coast, and a barroom mechanical bull mishap that nearly sidelined his season.

Then, fifth-generation rodeo stock contractor cowboy Coy Smith joins us to talk about carrying the King Brothers Rodeo legacy forward. From dressing up as Little Willie to producing full-scale rodeos while still riding bulls, Coy shares what it means to honor the past while leading into the future.

Finally, Adam Tinch tells his story of rodeo dreams, Nebraska ranch work, and 1970s rodeo life with the King Brothers—complete with steel panels, cowboy crews, and wisdom forged from bucking stock and backroads.

This episode is a time capsule and a tribute to the unshakable cowboy spirit.
